DataDeletion.

How to ask EDEX SIA (Enocto) to delete personal data we hold about you, including data received through Facebook, Instagram or other Meta products, and how to remove our access yourself.

Effective from 25 September 2026

Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@enocto.com with the subject Data deletion request and tell us:

  • your name and the email address you used with us;
  • if the request concerns a Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account connected to our tools, its name or ID.

To protect you from a fake request, we may ask you to confirm that you control the account or email address.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request, complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done. We delete your enquiries and emails, and any data we obtained through platform access, such as saved reports, exports and access tokens.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and accounting records, and we tell you what we kept and why. Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Copies that remain in our backups are not used and are removed when those backups are deleted.

Remove our access yourself

  • Facebook: open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations or Apps and websites. Select Enocto or ENOCTO Automation and choose Remove.
  • Meta Business Suite or Business Manager: open Business settings, go to Users, then Partners, select Enocto and remove it.
  • Google Ads: open Admin, then Access and security. Under Managers, unlink our manager account; if we were added as a user, remove us under Users.

Removing access stops us from reading or changing your accounts from that moment. It does not delete copies we already hold, so write to us as well if you want those deleted.

Data we hold for a business

If we process data for a business you deal with, for example because you are a customer of one of our clients, we delete it when that business instructs us to. Please send your request to that business first; we will act on its instruction and help it respond.
