What this website is

This website describes our services. It is for information only and is not an offer to enter into a contract. The scope, price and terms of any work are agreed in a separate written contract or an accepted proposal, and those documents take precedence over anything on this website.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to break into it, overload it or get around its security, and do not send spam or harmful content through the contact form.

Our work on third-party platforms

When we connect to Meta or Google for a client, our contract with that client and the platform's own terms apply. How we handle data in that work is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and the Enocto name and logo on this website belong to EDEX SIA or are used under licence. You are welcome to view the pages and share links to them. Copying or reusing the content for any other purpose needs our written permission.

Liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it may be incomplete or change without notice, and it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to go to your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
